Performance Features
- The heat exchange section is configured as a coil, leveraging water flow to generate high-frequency oscillations and thereby achieving laminar-flow heat transfer.
- The heat exchanger is of a pull-out core design. The entire heat-exchanger tube bundle can be withdrawn from the shell, facilitating replacement and maintenance.
- The water storage section is typically designed to hold a heat capacity sufficient for 20–30 minutes. The tank is compact, lightweight, and easy to install and maintain.
- Add tube bundle securing devices to prevent damage during long-distance transportation. Potential issues such as deformation, displacement, and fracture of the tubing may occur.
- The structural design is optimized, ensuring that the entire water storage compartment has no dead zones and achieving a volumetric utilization rate of 100%.
- By leveraging the differential thermal expansion between the high-temperature heat transfer fluid inside the thin-walled copper tube and the structural layer on the tube’s outer wall, an automatic descaling function is achieved. Extend service life and reduce maintenance costs.
Technical Specifications
FHRV-V Vertical Floating Coil Volumetric
Note: Each model corresponds to one of the four area types—A, B, C, or D—listed below.
Note: In the table, the heating medium steam is designed for saturated steam at 0.2–0.4 MPa, while the high‑temperature hot water is designed with a supply temperature of 85–95°C and a return temperature of 60–70°C. The cold‑side inlet water temperatures are 5°C, 10°C, and 15°C, corresponding to outlet temperatures of 50°C, 55°C, and 60°C, respectively.
The above are our standard models and their corresponding specifications; we can also provide customized designs to meet your specific requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
Precautions for Shutting Down a Plate Heat Exchanger
When shutting down the heat exchanger, first slowly close the hot-side inlet valve, then slowly close the cold-side inlet valve, and finally close both the cold- and hot-side outlet valves. After all valves are closed, stop the pump; if necessary, open the drain valve.
Precautions for Starting a Plate Heat Exchanger
Inspect the clamping bolts and tighten them to the specified torque, ensuring even diagonal tightening. Verify that the inlet and outlet valves and the vent valve are in good condition and that all instruments are functioning properly. During startup, vent the system first, then introduce the cold medium before introducing the high‑temperature medium. Gradually open the inlet and outlet valves while carefully controlling the pressure differential between the two sides.
Precautions for Disassembling Plate Heat Exchangers
Before dismantling the plate heat exchanger, the clamping dimensions shall be measured and recorded. L; Loosen the clamping bolts alternately in a diagonal sequence.
Precautions for Storing Plate Heat Exchangers
Plate heat exchangers should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse, with the ambient temperature not exceeding 45 °C 。
When a plate heat exchanger has been out of service for more than six months, the internal fluid must be completely drained. It is advisable to loosen the clamping bolts in advance to ensure that the gap between the two clamping plates reaches 1.2 times L is recommended; clamp it to L when in use.
Causes of Leakage in Plate Heat Exchangers
1) Gasket aging; 2) System overpressure; 3) Loose clamping bolts causing external leakage; 4) Plate corrosion leading to internal leakage.
